This is a RARE Original 18th centuryColonial American document, from Massachusetts, dated "1735". Partly-printed/partly-handwritten. Singlesheet, one-sided (back side has some ink notations). Size: approx. 7 1/2" by 12 1/4". Partly-printed/partly-handwritten in brown ink on Fine, laid paper w/large Watermark. Nice Condition overall, w/some VERY Light "shadow-staining" + small tears, chiefly around the outer margins + document has several horizontal folds, w/two rows of VERY Tiny "pinholes" along these old "fold-lines"; otherwise, o.k. ....ThisEarly American documentis dated "this twenty fifth Day of August one thousand seven hundred and thirty five" (1735). Itis a completed LAND DEED between JAMES NEWTON and JOSEPH GRELE for land in the Township of Groton, in the County of Middlesex (?) in the Province of Massachusetts-Bay.
