This is a really nice 1940\'s \"UMWA\" license plate tag decoration that is embossed and in nice unused condition. It is also marked\"M.A. Gould New Kensington Pa. Union Made\" and it measures approx. 5 1/8 inches tall. This example has a very light surface discoloration along the very bottom edge and a few tiny spots of surface rust and this discoloration is much more noticeable on the reverse. (see pictures)
Otherwise, this example is in very nice condition with NO dents, NO scuffs, and it is not bent and appearsunmounted. These are usually used and in rougher condition. This example is much nicer than most and has only some tiny chips of paint or spots of color loss along the very top left edge. The back of this item is unmarked and colored light green.
It appears that this example has never been mounted.
