If you are a lover of interesting and unusual vintage and antique jewelry, you've come to the right place. I try to keep a nice mix of fine and costume pieces that range in age from 19th century Victorian to late 20th century vintage designer couture. My offering to start off the month of March is by far the best this year. There are several exceptional Victorian and Art Deco pieces mixed with some outstanding designer costume. These sales will end on Thursday, March 7 beginning at 1:00PM Central Time. Please be sure to browse through ALL of the 80+ sales and mark your calendars. This will be an excellent opportunity to add some extraordinary pieces to your collection. Fresh from a fine Texas estate comes a rare and quite wonderful antique Victorian era engraved sterling silver love token bracelet. This is the first one of these I have ever owned. The tokens on this piece are most exceptional with engraved pictures or sayings on one side and fancy initials on the other(a few have pictures on both sides). Some of the highlights on this piece include a cat, a ghost(I absolutely love this one), a rose, and a ring of keys. Two of the tokens are dated 1878. The bracelet measures approx 7 1/4" long x 3/4" wide. It is unmarked but did test as sterling silver and weighs approx 15.7 grams. The catch has been repaired and the bracelet is missing its safety chain(a new one could easily be added if desired). Aside from that, the condition is very fine.
