Another wonderful estate find! After much research, I have only found one other. The original owner of this piece collected TONS of Arthur Court, which is why I am inclined to say that it is Arthur Court. There are no markings or signatures, but the other one I found on-line was described as Arthur Courtgrainware. Please look at the photos and make your own determination.
This piece features an aluminum duck head and tail. The base is divided into two sections. The center section is a flat detailed tray. The domed top has a hole for removal. You could fill the bottom with ice and serve on the flat tray or you couldremove the flat tray and fill the bottom with the food of your choice! Perfect for buffets! It is just over 20\" long and 9.5\" wide.
This is in gently used condition from a non-smoking home.There are some very light scratches from use. Never put in a dishwasher, the aluminum still shines...but there are some imperfections either from use or from the sand casting process (see photos). No box. Please be sure to ask any questions prior to offerding since all sales are final. Photos are of the actual items at sale and are considered part of the item description.
