This is an awesome looking big old unusual handmade German Trilayer Striped Solid Core Swirl Marble with incredible eye appeal...from the cool bumpy core to the 2 layers of rare left twisted outer bands...so sweet!
The attractive core is made up of alternating transparent green glass and chunky/bumpy opaque yellow (tried to show the core texture in the last 3 pics). The second layer is 4 wide hot pink bands backed with white (they look red in the pics, but in hand are a nice deep pink shade), that start with a left twist from the top pole before hooking back to the right. The outer layer is 4 pairs of thin white stands that are also left twisted and positioned between the pink bands.
It measures approx 15/16\" (.941\").
It has a hitmark reflection (image #9), a few little fleabites/pinpricks and as made marks/roll lines.
The basal pontil is ground and faceted.
