Rare California Faience Tile 1930s? Vintage Pottery No Reserve Galleon Ship For Sale
Fresh from an old estate here in San Francisco! Just found this morning! This California Faience tile - trivet is in fantastic condition with no damage that I can see except for a couple of minor scuffs and a small glaze pop underneath by the makers mark. I believe it was made around the 1930s but am not 100% on that. It measures about 5.5 inches x 5.5 inches and is just about .5 inches thick. It has a great motif of a Galleon Ship. This would make a fine addition to any vintage California pottery collection. See my other sale for another California Faience tile I found at the same sale. Questions are encouraged!!
