Beautiful & Rare Antique French Laurel Leaf Award from France. These have become highly collectible and are very difficult to find. This pretty metal object was used in France in place of trophies for various competitions and sporting events. This one has a lovely bow at the bottom. It has aged beautifully and is covered with a charming patina. A wonderful curved branch embellished with oak leaves, laurel leaves and acorn. It measures approximately 6 1/2\" tall by 3\" at the widest point. It has a ring on the back for hanging.
