This is an authentic1904 AnsoniaMignonstatue.This is the rarest of the rare and extremely hard to find. This is the one that all Ansonia collectors want and need, but have a hard time finding. She is absolutely beautiful as she sits perched thinking about the next song she will play on her instrument. This statue is usually a topper for the Hebe and Indiana clock bases or she was available as a display piece on an iron base. The statue is much larger than she appears in the photos and dwarfs just about anything else Ansonia had to offer.

This statue is also fantastic to use alone as a décor item.

The overall condition is excellent, no bent, broken or missing pieces and there is not even any pitting in the metal as is the case with so many early spelter statues. The bronze finish is long gone and she is down to the base metal. Signed Ansonia Clock Co. on the back of the base. There are a few small pieces of felt still on the bottom whichare not original. If you have been looking for this topper, than you better not delay because it will probably be a very long time before youthis modelfor sale again, and probably never in this fantastic condition.
