Up for sale with is a very Rare Huge sized Moorcroft Plum Wisteria Vase. I believe the Vase was made for an exhibition, being Dated on the bottom, 1930 I believe, but possibly 1936. The Vase is the largest Moorcroft Vase I have ever personally seen standing 17-1/2" tall and measuring 8" wide across the shoulders or 6" across the base. The Vase is simply stunning with a fabulous shape and excellent detail throughout, much nicer than my photos show. The Vase is also in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The Cobalt Blue glaze is nice and even throughout. I am sure this will be the Rarest piece of Moorcroft I have the pleasure to sell on for years to come and doubt you will find another come up for sale, especially selling with and an opening offer of just $8.50 !
