Rare Huge Vintage Cragar Banner - Drag Race Used For Sale
Here is an amazing find! It's huge vintage Crager banner used at the old Drag Strips during races. It measures approximately 3 by 9 feet. I don't know exactly what's it made of; feels like a thick pull down window blind? Anyway, must be nice quality for it to have survived all of these years. I believe it was used back to possibly the late 1960's or early 1970's. I've got two scans of the banner here, that I took, andthe third scan if of a 35mm slide that I got with the lot. There's no date printed on the slide frame, which I will include with the banner, but you can see by the fashion of the day that it's from that era.Anyway, good luck!
