This is a very rare pair of Georgian English sterling silver knife rests of a typical VERY plain Georgian design. No maker\'s marks on these, but they are clearly hallmarked for London 1797. The rests are in good condition with no damage or repairs. They measure 2 1/4\" (5.5cm) long, one is slightly taller than the other as you can see in the pic below. They have a combined weight of 1 1/8ozs (31.8g). There are no monograms, nor have there ever been any.
