Unestored.This is a wonderful opportunity to acquire a genuine Victorian cast iron oil lamp made around 1890.It has the most beautiful bright clear font which is quite stunning when the light shines on it. It is marked London English Made.The solid cast iron base is quite unusual depicting squirrels.It measures 20.5\" high and 5.5\" across the base.It is in a totally original and un-restored condition but the brass work would polish up a treat if so desired, it is fully functional thus retaining the patina which you would expect, it is also extremely heavy.It is in full working order and both the font and chimney are in perfect condition.A genuine Victorian oil lamp in the elegant design which would look stunning in a period home.
