Rare Vintage 1930's Alden Chore Jacket Denim Coat Shirt 44 & Overalls Set Jean For Sale

Fantastic vintage 1930's Alden denim chore jacket with matching bib overalls. This rare find comes from the same estate as my other chore jackets. The overalls have never been washed or worn and retain the original paper label. The Alden logo states it is the "Chicago Mail Order Company 9 oz heavy duty fabric to give exceptional wear" "Cone Deeptone Denim". The Waist measures 38" inseam 35". They are nearly mint with the only flaw being they are dusty and slightly musty from being stored. Some of the copper snaps/rivets are tarnished. They also feature a single button fly, watch pocket on right hip, triple stitched seams and red access stitching.

The jacket matches the overalls although it has no tags. The rivets/buttons are identical triangle bracketed copper. The jacket has been used and shows some darkening (see photos) and a couple of tiny paint splatters. No holes, tears or rips There is triple stitching at all stress points, three patch pockets, one button pocket and a four copper rivet button front. The chest measures 23" flat. I will be listing other vintage work wear from this same sale.
