Rare Vintage 1953 Queen Elizabeth Ii Coronation Vancouver Canada Pennant Banner For Sale
Take a good look! This is really a great looking and rare historical related vintage pennant. It is an old 1953 VANCOUVER B.C. CANADA Banner made for the CORONATION OF HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II. It features a bust of the Queen wearing her jewels and crown. A great looking crest type emblem above her head. Then there is a portrait of Westminster Abbey and one of Philip - Duke of Edinburgh. Overall just a great British Royalty related item. I am not sure how many of these are still out there. It is the only one I have seen. I assume they made several, but with time these are now certainly scarce to find if not rare. Nice pennant and a great collectible piece of Vintage Nostalgia!CONDITION- Overall Mostly Good. Tassels have been cutoff, 4 tack holes showing in the white running vertically up the left side. Rest of pennant is good just showing some age. Overall still looks great and would look super nice framed and protected for the future! Please see pic(s)!
It is about 21" long (excluding tassels, if any).
Age is est. to be from 1953.
A very nice collectible piece for you to display in your home or office. Please visit my store: LOTS OF PENNANTS!!!! FROM MY STORE YOU CAN SEARCH FOR SPECIFIC STATES OR CITIES OR EVEN CATEGORIES LIKE "AMUSEMENT PARKS" OR "NATIONAL PARKS"!

Note: I sell alot of old
vintage pennants on . Many of
these have folds, pin holes, possible soil marks, or other minor flaws. Assume they are
not perfect and you will be happy with any of them.
If you are unhappy
with any item after receiving it, I offer a full refund.
Please read my condition of the item above. If I describe an issue, such as a tear in the pennant, please do not give negative response and say "there was a tear in the pennant". I know that sounds silly, but I will get emails from time to time where someone is unhappy and when they tell me why I see it was clearly written in my condition section above, but they don't want to hear me tell them that. So I politely explain they can return it for a full refund and they don't want to hear that either. They would rather just complain. I don't know how to fix buyers like that, but if you think you fit in that category please reevaluate your life and become a more positive human being for mankind and especially for those who have to put up with you every day.
If you want to
ask specific questions about the condition before offerding I will
certainly do my best to answer them. If there is something that concerns you in the pics or description, it is always best to ask on the front end.
Also, I ship 99% of these in
bubble envelopes and bend/fold them usually only once. Often there is a fold
somewhere already on the pennant, so I fold on the already existing
fold. If it is likely to leave a fold mark I stuff tissue paper at the fold to minimize any permanent mark/wrinkle.
Thanks for looking and please look
at other pennants that I have for sale! I will combine shipping if you let me know before I print the postage. If I have no offers and you are interested in
multiple pennants, let me know or make an offer and I will get back to
you. Also, if you see one I have had listed awhile in my store, feel free to make an offer. I usually lower the price on any that don't sell every couple of weeks. Please note that any request for a lower price should be "reasonable". It wastes time for both of us for a 50% offer.
