You are looking at a rare vintage Scripto Tilt Tip ballpoint pen. it is red in color with silver toned metal accents. It is a very space age looking design. It measures 5.5\" long. There are light surface marks from normal use and storage. No chips, cracks, bite marks or engravings. The ink cartridge is dried up, it needs a new one.
