Rare Vintage Levi's Denim Ad Banner Appraised @ $1800 On Antiques Roadshow For SaleThis is an exciting find. My friend said it came straight from a department store in Galt, CA from the 1970's. Date of production could have been from 1950 in celebration of their anniversary. It measures approx. 29" (or 2'5") x 105" (or 8'9"). Not many of these were made since it is a silk screen on denim, and there is a limited amount of impressions that can be made before the screen breaks down. Google this item and see that in very good condition, this banner was worth between $1800-2000 in 2006 on The Antiques Roadshow. The one featured is in better condition, but it should still be worth quite a bit, given it's rarity. Would be great hanging in a vintage or antique shop selling retro clothing. No returns. Buyer pays within 3 days of the sale ending. Thanks for looking and happy offerding!
