Good vintage condition. Face is clean. Eyelashes in place. Hair appears to be intact at the roots. Clean hair, in original condition but messy. The body is clean. The arms and legs are slightly child handled grubby. A scuff on arm. I chose to not clean and leave that to experts. Her knees click as designed and all joints are working.WHAT I FOUND ONLINE ABOUT TNT
Twist 'n Turn (TNT) 1966 - 1971 The beginning of the Mod Barbie Era. Barbie received a total makeover - a new face, a new hair style and a new body. The TNT Barbie has bendable legs, rooted eyelashes, and a twist and turn waist. There was a different swimsuit for each year and 2 different hairstyles ... But, this one is in evening attire. I welcome information about this doll. Is she a Dramatic Living model? What is the name of her evening attire?
Be sure you want to buy her as I will not accept any returns.
I will add close up pics in next few days (8/22/19)8/23/19 update:I don't think the TNT had moveable hands? Input welcome. I saw some other TNT pics and their hands didn't move. I did a little more research and my Barbie might be instead a Dramatic Living Barbie, but stamped with 1968? I added the generic picture I found of a Dramatic Living Barbie (not my pic of my doll. I do not have the swimsuit or the packaging). See link for more info on ones like her that solid in 2014 for $225 - not sure of condition. trying to remember back to when I was 7 or so. I think she came with the orange swim suit and I put her "evening clothes" on her...and then grew up. Not sure. Will keep thinking on it.
