Older Antique or Vintage Quilt Coverlet- Hand made - Patchwork
Hand stitchedwork - beautiful squares of red and off white, off white and some faded prints of black and off white - one fabricalmost completely faded.
Condition - Good to Fair. From an Attic Trunk - Definite wear and tear from age and use as shown. Appears to be cotton,cute faded detailed prints -Pictures takeninside, noflash.
Size - Measures 64" by 78" . No batting or heavy inbetween - lighter in weight. Will need TLC, or buy as is - character in this old piece hasfray and yellowing, stained fold in center. This piece is intact - clean - storage odor fromcedar blanket chest- some yellowed - stains -Discoloration of backing and in other areas - not sure of cause or if will "treat" out. I have tried to show some samples of all .
Buy this as - is OR if you know about these older pieces and are willing use for project or for warmth - camp blanket or like - or for unique character.
