\'RollerBlind\' Magic Lantern Slide
A colourful and elaboratelydraped theatre stage withArabic or Middle Easternscene tothe center. The tiny scene containsfigures, boats & buldings andwhat appear to be minarets in the background.
The wooden framed glass slidehas two windng handles. One to wind the \'stage curtain\' up, and one to wind it down.
The \'roller blind\' is made of a thick canvas type material so as to block out the light, thus letting the colourful and exotic scene gradually appear beforethe expectant audience.
Size: 21 x 115 x 178mm (roughly 2 x 10 x 18m or 4.5 x 7inches).
Small split by one screw.
Although a little worn, the blind functions fine, needing just a nudge every now and again.
