Being offered on this sale is a gorgeous vase made by Rosenthal China, Selb, Bavaria, Germany. It has gorgeous classic rococo shape called ‘Moliere’. Its body is in the form of open flower with scalloped rim. Vase is footed. Engraved arabesques decorate its surface. This vase is decorated with gorgeous embossed painting of moss roses in pink and green leaves over cream background. It is gilded on the rim and on the base. Vase is fully glazed. Looks splendid. Vase is marked on the backside with standard ‘Rosenthal Germany’ mark in green. This mark identifies production of c. 1960s. Other marking is ‘Moliere’ in green as well as 3452/ 14 M in gold and 17 incised on the backside.

Vase measures about 3 ¾” in diameter on its widest portion and stands 7” tall. Condition is immaculate with no cracks or chips found. Colors are bright and vibrant. Gold has no wear. Please take a look at the pictures to find out more about this item.
