ROSEVILLE GREEN BANEDA VASE - # 235-5 . Introduced in 1932 Baneda features a band of stylized pumpkins on the vine, with a green matte mottled glaze, accentuated with runs or drips in a deep blue. This piece is in exceptional condition. no chips or cracks. There is visible crazing on the bottom due to age. Vase measures approx. 5.25" high x 6.75" in diameter . The rim is 3.25" and the base is 3.5". There is a blue number 5 on the bottom which I think is part of the design or shape number of 235-5. Perhaps the other numbers have worn off. I am not sure. There is no other mark on the bottom but I believe there would have been a paper sticker on it at one time.
