This RosevilleVictorian Artvasestands arespectable 10.5" high by 6" in diameter. It has awonderfully statuesque form, swelling to the shoulders, with a pedestaled base and a flared rim. It is adorned witha stylized band of moths, some say they are flowers, you decide. The design is absolutely gorgeous and finely detailed on this vase.This vase is glazed in arich, deep chocolatebrownmatte glaze, with beautifully complementary colors in the stylized design band.This vase is unmarked,but it isguaranteed to be vintage Roseville. It is in excellent condition, with a very good restoration to a chip at the rim. The Victorian Arts line is one of the more elusive lines in Roseville pottery, and this form isone of thelargeones that stands out very handsomely. It makes a great Arts &Crafts presentation!
