PaymentPayment is due upon purchase. We accept Paypal, MC/Visa/Discover/AMEX (processed through paypal). Most items are shipped within 1 business day, excluding weekends & holidays. Any credit card payment must have the same billing address as the shipping address in the transaction. Billing and shipping address must match or the credit card payment will not go through. Sales TaxFor shipments to Wisconsin, USA addresses, we are required by State law to collect 5.5% Sales Tax.
Handling Time: We ship most items within 1 business day, which excludes weekends and holidays. All Non-continental US shipments are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Address Verification: All ship-to addresses are taken from , so please verify that your shipping address is correct before you complete payment. We will ship to the address in the transaction only, and cannot change it once a transaction is paid for - no exceptions. Buyer is responsible for entering and confirming the correct address during checkout. The order will be processed using that address and any additional shipping charges to re-ship "non-deliverable" shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
Combined Shipping: Because immediate payment is required, we are unable to combine multiple orders. There is no combined shipping discount.
International Buyers: Our shipping fees do not include any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. You are responsible for all fees. Because we are a business, we can not ship items as gifts and all values are reported as actual.
Customer Pickup: We do not have a retail location, so we are not setup for customer pickup. Items cannot be picked up.
Tracking Numbers: Tracking info will be available in your transaction details, it may take up to 24 hours after item is marked "shipped" for tracking info to appear. Tracking info is not always updated by the carrier at every stage of shipment, please be patient - if the tracking number appears, the item has been shipped.
Customer Service Returns: All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Please email us through the system to obtain a RMA number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item was shipped in error by seller or is defective. Any item returned to us in non-brand new condition and/or not in original packaging (ready to sell) will be charged a restocking fee of at least 20% - ALL pistons not shipped incorrectly by us or shown to be defective are charged at least a 20% restock fee automatically. Any return is subject to refusal if the item is damaged beyond usable condition. We do not do "exchanges" - you can return the incorrect item (you must obtain a RMA number to do so) and will be refunded according to our return policy for it. You can then purchase the correct item at any time.
Cancel/Change An Order: We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Once an order has been paid for, we cannot cancel or change it - no exceptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is necessary in order to ship orders as fast as possible. Please check your order for accuracy and verify that the shipping address is correct before you submit payment. See our return policy for details on how to return an item that is ordered incorrectly. If you need to cancel or change an order before it has been paid, please contact us using the message system. We will do everything we can to take care of it.
