Billigheimer, 210 & 212 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio, 21mm (size of a nickel), 5 cents, US Trade Token. Considering the design is based on a US Shield Nickel this likely dates to the 1870-1880s. I found Billigheimer's full name, David Leopold, through blank genealogy's website. A little research yielded the following results:

1889 Cincinnati Telephone Book, "Billigheimer, D.L...........Billiard Hall...........210 and 212 Vine street".

'Over the Barrel, Volume One', "One Cincinnati saloonkeeper, Dave Billigheimer, maintained that his saloon was equipped with the largest and longest mirror in the world, a claim which drew customers just to see themselves in it, drinking a mug of beer."

Billigheimer's great-great grandson distills his own brand of Vodka named 'D.L. Billigheimer Artisan Vodka'.
