Rare 1893 Columbian Expo Silk Bookmark George Washington N Mint

This silk bookmark was woven at the Columbian Exposition in 1893 by the Phoenix Silk Manufacturing Co. It depicts George Washington and is called "The Father Of His Country". It measures 15 1/2" long by 3 1/2" inches wide and is in near mint condition with just the two original creases. The scans provide excellent detail.
