Rare 18th-19th C. Indian Or Persian Collapsing Lance Spear / Mace (sword, dagger):
Very cool and uncommon type of battle lance of Indo-Persian origin, a real fighting example with a cruciform section armor piercing blade on the long haft socket, mounted on original bamboo haft with a massive iron counterweight lower end mount, both showing very nice fine pitting and smooth patina. The middle of the haft with brass male/female mounts, allowing the lance to be split up and used as 2 weapons, a large throwing dart and a two handed percussion mace. A Unique weapon in solid original condition.
