Offered is a Rare 1920s DAVIS Zinn Beck Diamond Ace Professional Baseball Bat LOA. This bat has many nice attributes. First, it is a professional model of a Zinn Beck Bat. It has a great diamond center brand with "Zinn Beck Bat Co", "Diamond Ace", "100", and "Greenville South Carolina". "Diamond Ace" was apparently a high grade professional bat produced by Zinn Beck. It is also branded "Type of Bat Used by Davis". The bat is a large professional sized bat at 35" and 36 oz. It is a professional quality bat of the era and feels great to swing. The bat has a great Hornsby style knob with no wood missing but some minor checking. The handle is not cracked, very rare for an 1920s professional bat and rare to see an uncracked professional Zinn Beck. It has no nails or missing wood. There are some dents in the side of the barrel and one mark near the center brand that is an indention into the wood. It shows other nicks and scratches common with game used baseball bats. Please see pictures for condition. Overall, the bat is a rare and desirable Zinn Beck Diamond Ace 100 brand and lots of great features. It comes with a LOA as a professional model game used bat. It is also a nice color and displays very nicely. This bat doesn't appear to be an archive bat. It isn't broken, and doesn't have any side writing. It appears to be a nice professional bat that was used but not broken, which is very rare for professional bats. Zinn Beck was a major league baseball player who started a bat company.
