Rare! Vintageoriginal 1940sMcCoy Duro-Matic Teardroptether car! This cast aluminum race car made by Dick McCoy is seen in the last photo as referenced in a 1946 ad in the 'Miniature Racing Cars' book published in 1980. The four wheels areall originalaluminum full disc, 3with Duro-Matic Products thin tires, the right front drive tire is a wider slick. Rubber mounted knee-action rear axle. There is no engine with this car but everything else needed to run this car looks to be present as seen in the photos.It is a huge car, measuring 18" in length! Very nice tether car in awesome condition, no cracks, no repairs. I have included12 photos on the sale page. (Please note: The issue of Miniature Racing Cars is not included in this sale, it was used for reference only).
