Penny shows the 5th fret and the 12th fret. Action at the 12th fret is currently at Lincoln\'s forehead. Its not insanely low, nor is it insanely high and as I said, it looks like it can be adjusted lower.

It is currently set up with a bit of relief in the neck ( u ) as most guitars are.

The top is not completely flat, but the raising is very minimal - see the credit card pictures.

Definitely still playable for a long time, but has some wear as expected for being 46 years old
