An outstanding porcelain figural group of musicians by the German 'Aelteste Volkstedter Porzellan' factory.

In very good condition including the lace - nice attention to detail - expertly painted - superb gilding - extraordinary! Probably made during the heyday of this factory when these types of groups were typically produced by Carl Fuchs.

Size - approx. 8 in (20cm) long, 6 in (15cm) high.

Thereis a stamped mark on the rear of the item which is presented as virtually undamaged - just some slight loss to a very small portion of lace.
