This antique is 22 inches tall. Unsure of what it says or actual date because it is in russian. A picture of the brand is shown. Item does have a couple dents and needs polishing which is why im not as hesitant to drop price. I may clean and polish if desired unless wanted as is. Very rare style that I cannot find online anywhere.
