beautiful Sofa the historic Empire 1804 - 1815 period mahogany perfectly presents the typical features of this period who wanted opulent and rich furnishings with a few carving elements but symbolic in nature as the beautiful carved serpent that adorns the side. The general line is graceful and elegant with mahogany tones highlighted by the excellent restoration. As well as a few gold items that are to emphasize the luxury and wealth of the time of the First Empire. The daybed has a major origin and was restored recently by the former owners that preserved them carefully. Even the padding and the fabric are in excellent condition almost like new.
