BOILER PLATE BORING LEGAL STUFF:

This item is to unique to let it go and for me to lose money on it.Now that I am older historical or "finer"items intrigue me. I will keep it for my own collection if nobody is interested. You can come to my estate sale in 40 years if you want to buy it. :)

KCI Direct History:

I opened my account back in 1999 and have had PERFECT response for a reason. I treat people fair as a seller and I pay for my sales within seconds as a buyer. I plan on keeping my perfect response. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE TERMS and CONDITIONS associated with my sales. Thank you very much for looking and please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thanks in advance for your time.

Please find a wide selection of items for sale from KCI_Direct. I owned an engineering company up North and had many projects over the past 20 years. Some of the items come from left over projects. Recently, I have a new hobby going to sales in the South on the weekends. It is a great learning experience for me. I focus on special or unique items that were "in the action" so to speak. I spend many hours preparing for an sale or estate sale looking not only for unique items but the location. I have found everything from specials coins, confederate money, electronics, Civil War, WWI, WWII, and authentic items from American Indians. Please let me know if there is anything you are looking for and I will see if I can find it for you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All sales are final, final, final. All sales are FOB zip code 38017. What you see is what you get. I have had people purchase items, swap parts and try to return them. For this reason, returns are no longer an option. It is very unfortunate that I have to work this way but there are always a few jerks that ruin it for the rest of us. PLEASE NOTE: I have perfect response for a reason and I intend on keeping it that way. Payment must be made within 3 working days from the end of the sale unless otherwise pre-arranged. Due to business travel I may have to wait until the following Saturday to hand the item over to a third party shipper. I hardly have time to list these items besides all of the packaging and hauling them to the store. Besides, the third party shipper needs a job and I travel almost every week. We make every effort to describe our merchandise as it physically appears, however, we may not be able to test or even power up equipment. Therefore, all merchandise will be sold "as-is" and no warranty, guarantee, or authenticity is expressed or implied. This means don't assume anything! Please do not hesitate to ask questions. Payment: PAYPAL ONLY! Since I live near Memphis and FedEx HQ is located here, usually FedEx is more cost effective. I do not know why does not allow you to pick FedEx as a choice but ONCE AGAIN we will usually ship using FedEx Ground inside the USA; it is the most cost effective and usually faster than you would expect. Please be advised if there is a discrepancy in the calculated fees, you will be responsible for actual shipping cost. For the record, this has not happened yet but I’m just covering that base in case it ever comes up. PLEASE advise if you want the item sooner, we can work out special arrangements. International shipping has become a huge pain and I have lost hundreds because I am a man of my word. I sold an item to someone in Korea and went with my shipper to the store to help her get a quote. We were quoted $146. However, after getting paid for shipping I found out that this item was going to cost $375 to ship due to the size of the box, insurance, and a signature which were not included in the initial quote but requested and suggested as policy by and Paypal. I ate the difference since I gave the $146 figure to the buyer. International shipping is just a pain on my end but if you want an item bad enough I’m willing to work with you. Please contact me prior to offerding if you are International. We will have to agree on the terms and conditions before the end of the sale OR a flat fee consisting of my time ($55/hr), handling charges, and actual shipping cost no matter what thinks it will cost. I will provide a scanned copy of the receipt to prove all cost incurred. Once again, this is only due to the fact that I have lost hundreds on shipping items International but if you are upfront with me I'm sure we can work out something reasonable. Once again, I have to have a third party shipper take care of my items. She packs all items and takes them to the shipper for a flat fee of $25 per item. Depending on the item, this fee may or may not apply to you. Some sales (for US buyers)are a flat fee and some are calculated. The sales where calculates the shipping is where this will apply. Please keep this handling fee in mind when making a purchase. This figure is invisible to the buyer but included in the shipping cost. It is my loss (since the item will bring less at sale) but I’m trying to help someone in need. Her time, boxes, packaging, gas, etc are not free so please take that into consideration when you are buying this item. It is best for you to plan for her to ship on Saturdays. I travel weekly so it could be up to 6 days depending when you buy the item. However, to date I have not had any issues. My wife or someone else can usually get these shipped ASAP but I'm putting that clause in there to cover me just in case. Almost all items were removed from a working machine but are still sold as is. Installation or warranty questions should be directed to the manufacturer. The actual limited warranty statement (if any) that applies is included in the documentation packaged with the products or can be found online. Please ask any questions BEFORE you place a offer. By placing a offer you agree to these terms. I’m really sorry about all of this verbiage but it is intended to protect both of us from any misunderstandings. I have had nothing but positive comments from both sellers and buyers because I’m a straight shooter. THANKS FOR LOOKING!!!

Just for kicks.... here are some pictures of theEstate sales I have gone to in the South......

This one was nothing but junk.....I drove two hours. It amazes me how much crap people pack up over the years.

This was a "high end sale. Many coins, confederate money, swords, guns, antiques......very impressive

I have been to Estate sales that even had a skeleton for sale....no kidding. $9. I wonder if I could have purchased it so that I could take the fast lane. :)

This sale was outside, 93 degrees, and I sat there for over 5 hours waiting for some coins to sell. WOW, that was a long day.
