I purchased this from a building salvage company along with many other inter phones.

If you look inside the main box with mouth piece you should see a date stamped September 21, 1920.

Entire phone casing is seems to made of solid metal with wood backing.

Far as what I cantell everything is in place and nothing has been replaced or restored but neverbother to see ifthis phone actually works.
