The one-of-a-kindbowl is an extraordinarily intriguing modern highly textural piece, featuring adramatically carved surface, set off bymesmerizing volcanic what I believeis arutile glaze. . . ..incredible open craters all over the place. This is a true tour de force of glaze techniques, as slip, base glaze andminerals in the clay itself combine to form this dramatic effect. Any and all natural charming volcanic style craters are entirely original to the piece. The bowl stands 4 inches tallwiththe rim measuring5 inches in diameter."Wickham" is incised into the bottomand the bowl isin excellent condition -- no problems.
