He acquired most of his collection directly from the Gotham Book Mart in NYC, and meticulously stored it behind glass, and in acid-free art portfolios. He has the most extensive collection of Gorey rarities and ephemera I\'ve ever seen, and the condition of nearly everything he has is spectacular.
