Being offered for sale this superb Georgian Regency period Rose gold Jet set Hair locket mourning Brooch/ Pendant Circa 1820.
The central Locket has a section of minute braided blonde hair under a crystal locket. This is then framed by 14 Round cut Jet stones. the pin is in good working order and the brooch also has a pendant loop on the reverse so it can be worn as a necklace.
This is a beautiful piece of vintagejewelleryin great condition apart from a minute scuff to the corner of the locket. The brooch measures 2 cm by 1.5 cmthat'sjust under 0.3 of an inch by 0.2 inches.
