A very interesting cobalt toothpick holder made in Germany signed \"Wheelock - Dresden\" that depicts a picture of theEastern Illinois Hospitallocated in Kankakee, Illinois. The hospital was a mental asylum established in 1877. This dates to about 1909.This little gem is in EXCELLENT condition with no chips, hairlines or other damage. Stands 2 1/2 inches high and measures 2 inches in diameter. A very fine early collectible. offer with confidence.
