IMPORTANT CHANGES IN USPS DELIVERY SPEED:

Beginning in January, the USPS started closing roughly half of the postal

distribution centers nationwide as part of their effort to cut billions in debt.

This is dramatically affecting delivery times on First Class parcels.

Unfortunately, since these changes were enacted, most of the first class parcels

I've shipped are taking 3 to 5 days to arrive, with some taking up to 2 weeks!

I'm still shipping within 24 hours of payment, but please be patient waiting for

delivery. And PLEASE give it at least 2 weeks before filing a claim! Thanks!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

CARRIER:I use the US Post Office exclusively to ship all items.

TERMS:Your item(s) will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard box for protection. I can usually combine multiple sales won over a 3 day period. Please do not ask to extend this. Icannot combine grouped or larger items.

INTERNATIONAL: I will ship to most locations worldwide. International rates have nearly tripled since January 2013, and unfortunately I've had to adjust for that.

DELIVERY SPEED: Your item will be shipped within 24 hours pf payment.

PAYMENTS

TERMS:Payment is expected within7 days of sale close.

RETURNS:If you wish to return an item, you must notify me via email within 10 days of the date postmarked on your package. After 10 days, all sales are considered final. Unless otherwise stated,items can be returned fora refund of 95% of the purchase price. If the item is being returned because of misrepresentation on my part, 100% of the purchase price will be refunded.Shipping or insurance fees will not be refunded at any time.
