Rare Old Vintage Marathon Gas Pump Glass Globe Advertising 15" Sign

Description:

Presented for your consideration is this rare old vintage glass globe advertising sign. This is a two-sided milk glass globe. It includes the glass advertising lens for one side which reads "Marathon Regular Mile-maker." Measures 15 1/2" in diameter x 6" deep. A great addition to your antique, vintage automobile, garage gas, or oil advertising collection!

In Very Good Condition. There is some surface wear, discoloration, due to age. The advertising lens has some typical manufacturer bubbling with some roughness along the edge & light surface wear. Also, the back without advertising has one lens attachment hole in the glass that larger, appears to have broke at one point. Please refer to close-up photo #11.
