Rare Pair of Antique Art Deco Brown Tipped Slip Shade Sconces NSP848:

A rare pair of antique Art Deco sconces from 1935, featuring the original brown-tipped or \"Soleure\" series slip shades and nicely aged polychrome finish. Originally made by Mid-West Manufacturing of Kansas City, each backplate features a gorgeous ziggurat design, accented with eye catching green and yellow polychrome details; their skyscraper-style shades have a brown ombré finish. The sconces are in excellent condition, and the slipper shades are also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected flea bites around the edge. These fixtures have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. They measure 5-3/8” wide, 12” tall, and project 5” from the wall. Item NSP848
