This is a great looking early cast iron horse drawn toy from Pratt & Letchworth. This is their two-horse Fire Pumper. All original with no breaks or cracks. Featured on the cover of John Olshefski's book on Cast Iron Horse Drawn Toys (CLICK HERE to order the book). And estimated in the book on page 148 between $1,600 - $2,700. Overall this toy has a fantastic look. Horses show typical wear as pictured. The black horse has very little paint. Both horses attach with the vertical pin rocker, where the horses are dropped into the pin to hold them in place. Beautiful details to the the pumper frame.
