I use my best efforts to inspect the items for sale and create descriptions and furnish photographs that fairly and adequately depict the type, condition and image of the goods at the time of sale. I am not an expert on antiques/vintage items so I do rely on my customers for giving me factual information on the items that I sell for them.

Payments

I accept PayPal only - no exceptions.

Please email me with any requests for special invoicing (combined shipping, tax free, etc), so that I make sure that you receive the correct pricing.

Wisconsin residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax at checkout.

Please pay within 3 days of sale end. If payment is not received within the 3 days and I do not receive any communication from you regarding the payment, an Unpaid Item Case will be automatically opened.

Returns are accepted within 14 days. I do want your shopping experience with me to be favorable, so if there should be a problem with your order, please contact me through messagesso that we can resolve any problems.

Shipping

SHIPPING isby FIRST CLASSAND INCLUDES TRACKINGand DELIVERY CONFIRMATIONusing a protective bubble mailer and cardboard.Mailer is marked DO NOT BEND.

Most of the items that I sell are antique/vintage items and need to be packaged very carefully. Extra bubble wrap ordouble boxes to insure that there isn't any damage is necessary at times. Although we do our best to keep shipping costs down, sometimes the added weight or size of the package can increase shipping expenses.

Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday and holidays), but could take up to 72 hours. I have my packages picked up first thing in the morning, so if I have your payment by 12:00 p.m. CST, it will usually ship the next day. All orders are shipped via USPS.

If you purchase more than one item within 2 days of each other and would like those items sent together, please request a combined shipping invoice for those items. I will then weigh those items together and send you a new invoice for the actual shipping costs. At this time, I do not offer a discount on shipping charges,however there will be savings as compared to shipping each item separately.

Please note, that once shipped, Chippewa Valley Consignment Shop has no control over the actual shipping time. You will receive an email stating when your item was shipped and it will provide tracking information for you.
