This is a great vintage piece. It is clearly stamped PRR. Notice the rivet in the center of the axe. When put together with the handle, this piece wasn\'t going anywhere. It most likely is a William Mann axe, but I didn\'t put the wire wheel trying to uncover any additional wording.
