Rare Vintage Art Deco Noritake Perfume Bottle Dresser Item Luster Glaze 1920's For Sale
Up for sale is a beautiful and hard to find Noritake Art Deco Dresser Perfume Bottle or Scent Bottle....This item dates to the 1920's or 1930's... Base of the bottle is in a beautiful Lt. Lavender or Lt. Bluelusterglaze (more of a 'periwinkle' color) and has stripes randomly rippling down the sides with a black band/trim at the top of the opening....The stopper consists of a beautiful bouquet of flowers that are colored in oranges, yellow, green and blue...below the flowers is a Bow painted in gold...Perfume top also retains its original cork stopper....Measures approx. 2 3/4 inches across X 3 inches in height.... Noritake Perfume Bottles are difficult to find...This item is in wonderful condition and you can still catch a faint scent of the original perfume the bottle once held - possibly Evening in Paris...? Not sure but it is certainly decadent and really brings you back in time. Bottle is all original and is marked with the early Noritake wreath mark on the bottom (see photo)...Note: I have NOT cleaned the 'stopper' floral section as I did not want to get the cork wet - anything you see on the glaze stopper in the photo's is simply vintage 'dust'/grime - there is nothing wrong with the glaze.... Condition: Perfume is in excellent condition - there is no damage, no cracks, and no repairs....the colors on the piece are vibrant and thelusteris nice and shiny...the gold bow/ribbon at the base of the topper has some wear to the gold simply from handling over the years...the cork stopper is original and you can even smell the remnants of the original early perfume....Please ask all questions prior to offerding...the photo's are also part of the description...
