Rare Vintage Ib Kofod Larsen Lounge Chair, Danish Modern, Mid Century, Selig, Nr:
Rare Ib Kofod Larsen Danish Modern Lounge ChairPurchased in Denmark in the late 1960's, this is a rare Danish modern lounge chair designed by Ib Kofod Larsen. (See the third picture--a vintage Selig ad showing the chair [in white, upper left] and identifying it as Kofod Larsen.) The chair was shipped to the U.S. by a member of the military who had been stationed in Europe in the late 60's to early '70's. It is in overall good vintage condition with the following flaws: small tear and scrape to original naugahyde upholstery (tenth picture), all except one of the original Fagas straps are missing (ninth picture), eight small pinholes to top of back (eighth picture), and a tiny bit of paint splatter and paint transfer on a small spot on the front of the right arm. Structurally, the chair is excellent. The foam is supple, with no hardness anywhere. This beautiful chair with striking lines is listed without reserve and measures 37"H x 31"W x 29"D. Thanks for looking and please let me know if I can answer any questions.Shipping:
The chair can be picked-up or will be carefully blanket-wrapped shipped at the buyer's expense. Please contact Plycon or other reputable shipper to obtain a shipping quote. Please let me know if you need assistance in obtaining a quote.

Please review pictures or contact me with specific questions regarding condition. As can be seen in the pictures, the wood frame does have some minor nicks and scratches commensurate with its age.
