Rare Vintage Josef Originals Pixie Fairy Sprite Footed Soap Trinket Dish Japan:

Fabulous vintage ceramic soap/trinket dish made for Josef Originals in Japan. This dish features a lovely pixie sitting on the edge of the purple dish. The pixie\'spretty face is hand painted with big eyes and cherry red lips. Little pink and blue flowers adorn her body and she has a wreath of flowers in her hair. Her hair is shiny metallic gold and her wings are accented at the tips in the same gold. The little platform the pixie sits on, the scalloped edges of the dish, and the four pedestal feet of the dish are all painted gold as well. The remains of the Josef Originals label is attached to the front of the dish.

One of theback legs underneath the pixie was repaired long ago (see last 2 pictures). It is barely noticeable and I might have missed it if it wasn\'t for a little glue on the dish next to the repair. Other than this, I see no chips, cracks, crazing. There is minor wear to the gold paint on the scalloped edges ofthe dish.

Measures approximately 4.5\" (11.5 cm) tall x 4.5\" (11.5 cm) wide.
