Multiplying Reel.

This fabulous Hardys \"H. J. S.\" ( Hardy Jock Scott) reel is in good \"as found\", used condition and has not been restored or repaired.

The reel has \"The H.J.S, Brit. Pat. No. 486135, Made By Hardy Bros Ltd, England\" impressed in to one of the side plates. The reel still revolves well with a good smooth action.

The smooth alloy foot and handle are well attached and gear release lever and rim regulator screw work fine.

The reel has retained virtually all of its\' original black adonised finish and the chrome work is still bright, as can be seen in the photographs.

It has only minor wear and use marks.

This is a very good example of a rare and collectable \"Hardy\" reel.
