Thiswonderful casserole dish with lid was produced by Anchor Hocking Fire King in the1950\'s.
The pattern on the front of the piece is called Atomic Starburst which are a series of different sized stars and dots done in an Aqua/Turquoise color. VERY DESIRABLE!
This vesselholds 2 quarts and measures 11 1/4 inches wide from tab handle to tab handle and is 3 inches tall.
The very bottom underside of the casserole has raised print that says, 438-Anchor Hocking-Fire King-Made in U.S.A.-2 QT. U.S.A.
This rare Fire King casserole dish with lid displays beautifully! Just imagine serving a hot Reuben dip or cold pasta salad in this piece. Anything you choose you can\'t lose!!! And the best part is you just cover it up with the lid and place all leftovers away in the Fridge. No fuss and No muss...
Both casserole and lid are in Excellent vintage condition! Colors are both Bright and Vivid! No chips, No Fleabites, No Fade and No Discoloration! No Baked on Grime.
