Raven Spirit / Liqueur Dispenser 30ml, Wall Mounted, Black

The Raven Spirit Dispenser is a very simple spirit dispenser design, only requiring a small mounting bracket, the raven spirit dispenser unit supports the weight of the bottle, requiring no further bottle support like other spirit dispenser models. We see the Raven Spirit Dispenser as commercial grade, although it is not certified from weights and measures for trade use for the 5 main spirits. This unit will take the standard bottles neck size and support the weight of up to a 1.125L in size. The Raven Dispenser also has the ability to take thick liqueurs and thin spirits unlike other spirit dispensers on the market. This unit was originally designed to cater for the French Brand Monin Syrup Range we have imported, with its ability to dispense syrup with its large opening whilst being very accurate and reliable. We have been selling these units for over 10 years and swear by them. With cheaper Chinese models entering the market with quality control issues, the ravens are becoming increasingly attractive as they rarely require servicing, but if required is as simply swap and go bowl units. Replacement parts are available in the case of accidental damage or wear and tear over time

If you are going to put a $40+ of spirit in a dispenser, you want it not to leak, avoid the cheaper Chinese dispenser models. We have customers continuously coming into our showroom with the same problem, their Chinese dispenser failed and they have a sticky mess all over their carpet

Mounting

1. Screw mounting plate to bracket or wall
2. Align dispenser with mounting bracket and pull down till latched together
3. To remove housing from back plate, insert swizzle stick or similar in between backplate and housing at the top of the unit, this will unlatch unit.

Loading bottle

1. Depress silver button on the front of dispenser until distinct "click" is heard
2. Lift bowl from dispenser body and fit to upright bottle
3. Release pressurized air by moving valve lug downward
4. Invert bottle and bowl and place into dispenser body
5. Title bottle lightly forward until distinctive "click" is heard

Dispensing

1. Hold glass under dispenser outlet
2. With free hand lift finger lever to upper most point
3. Hold till bowl is emptied and drips have ceased
4. Release finger lever

All items are shipped from the One Stop Bar Shop Showroom located in Mornington, VIC (SE Melbourne).

Pick-up available for all items. Please call prior to arranging pick-up.

• We arrange for same day dispatch within notification of cleared payment (Cut-off time: 1 pm AEST). However, as our couriers do not do deliveries on Saturdays, all orders dispatched on Friday may not get delivered until Monday or Tuesday
• All items will be shipped by Courier or Australia Post
• We ship to only physical addresses (as Australia Post do not accept over 22kg dead or physical weight, couriers do not deliver to PO Boxs)
• Tracking numbers will be e-mailed or available on request after your order has been dispatched. We will provide all the information required on how to track the delivery.
• International shipment is available on selected products and on enquiry only.
• We can not guarantee the exact courier delivery time or arrange time of delivery for you because all couriers have different delivery routes which changes daily, please allow for public holidays and major events (ie. Christmas)
  • For NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC and SA, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery
  • For WA, NT and TAS, and other rural areas across Australia, please allow between 3-10 business days for delivery.
  • Note with WA, Freight to WA is slightly different from freight to the rest of Australia for which I have found a lot of customers are unaware of the circumstances of WA freight. There are 2 freight trains that run VIC to WA per week, delivery is bound by this freight service on all services with majority of all freight companies with the exception of express next day delivery which runs via express air delivery and startrack express whom use their own dedicated road haul network (we use startrack express on larger more bulky items). As a result the delivery time frame varies from 6-12 business days delivery no matter which carrier we use, and this is depending on the train schedule.

In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will arrange to send replacements to you at no additional charge. Please email us to info@onestopbarshop.com.au or call the showroom and our customer service team will arrange this for you immediately. Replacements and exchanges generally leave the showroom within 24 hours of being arranged.

• For defective parts, we will replace the item or in extreme circumstances we will organise an exchange for the whole product with no additional charges
• All defective or non-defective items, all customers must claim within 30 days on receipt of the package.
• Replacements and exchanges can also be arranged in person by visiting our warehouse located at Mornington or via mail if interstate.
